Barbara Ezel

Barbara Jean Ezell, 71, of Traverse City, passed away peacefully on May 20, 2022.

Barb was born on Battle Creek on February 4, 1951. She moved at a young age to Harvey, Illinois.

She eventually met and wed her husband, Stephen J. Ezell on November 27, 1971. They celebrated their 50th anniversary this past November.

She is survived by Stephen and her son, Jordan, 38, both of Traverse City. She and Stephen were blessed with the birth of an incredible grandson, Cashius Christopher Ezell on August 16, 2020 to Jordan and his girlfriend Michelle Ringrose.

Barbara was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was an avid gardener and birder. She was loved by all that had the pleasure of knowing her.

Cremation has taken place and was handled by Life Story Funeral Home.

There will be a "celebration of life' on Thursday June 16th from 5 to 9 pm at Bradley's Pub and Grille in Interlochen. To all of her friends and acquaintances, stop by to celebrate a life well lived. R.I.P.
