Bruce Ray Penney, 89, of Traverse City, died Tuesday, December 10, 2024. He was a United States Navy Veteran. He is the husband to Elaine Allison (Volker) Penney and father to Rodney Ray Penney and Victoria Sue Carpenter and grandfather to Kianna Rae Carpenter. He will be dearly missed by all.
