On November 16, 2022 Fran Courtade passed to Heaven.
She was born on March 12, 1927 to Rhea Turner in Detroit, Michigan.
She spent most of her life in Detroit as a teacher and homemaker.
Fran retired to Spider Lake in 1982.
She follows her beloved husband Larry in death.
She precedes her two children William Courtade (Jenny) and Susan Koch (John) and 5 grandchildren Christopher, Dylan (Fawn), Joey, and Sarah.
Her friendly outgoing personality will be missed by all.
A Memorial service to be held 2pm, December 3, 2022 at Life Story Funeral Home on Hammond Road. An informal gathering will continue until 4pm. A Catholic Mass Intention service at Christ the King Catholic Church and burial will be held at Oakwood Catholic Cemetery in the spring.
