Gary Phillip Trumbla II, 64, of Williamsburg, died Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at home. He was born on August 2, 1959 in St. Clair, Michigan the son of Gary Phillip and Margaret Helen (Veen) Trumbla. Gary graduated from High School and then attended a Technical School.

He was a self-taught man of many trades. Gary was a perfectionist and felt it was very important to do things correctly.

He was a security programmer, installer, connecting electronics together and many other technical things with Northern Security Systems all over the State of Michigan and surrounding other states.

Gary loved to fly drones; he enjoyed target practicing with Guns. A favorite hobby for Gary was to work with his hands restoring and remolding the homes he lived in and Gary was a very great Craftsman.

Gary is survived by his wife, Mihaila (Pichineru) Trumbla of Williamsburg; they were married July 4, 1994 in Las Vegas, son, Jared (Kara) Trumbla of Arizona; step-children, Consuela Bejan and Dennis (Rosellen) Bejan of Williamsburg, sister, Nikka (John) Cummins, brothers, Brien (Nida) Trumbla, Keith (Kathy) Trumbla and Kurt (Janet) Trumbla; nieces and nephews, Miranda, Mikayla, Douglas Trumbla, Ryan Cummins, Dan, Anca, Catalin and Cristiana, Filip and Noa Pichineru and Dakota and Kadin..

He is preceded in death by his parents, Gary and Margaret.

Contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice, Traverse City the American Stroke Association, the Grand Traverse County Commission on Aging or the Area Agency on Aging of Northwest Michigan.

An informal viewing will be held 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Life Story Funeral Home. Funeral Services will start at 1:00 pm.
