Gloria E. (Morrison) Mosher, 67 of Atlanta, MI passed away January 21, 2023. With her loving husband by her side. Gloria was born on January 9, 1956 in Mt Clemens, MI the daughter of James D. and Ella E. Morrison. She married Robert Mosher in 2011.

Gloria is survived by her husband, Robert; children, Lonnie (Darlene) Hurley, Darren (Daisy) Murtie, Shawn (Erika) Paolino, Jarrod (Tammy) Mosher, Helen Mosher, Mark Mosher; grandchildren, Sara Murtie, Dominick Aigner, and Cara Murtie, Isaac and Josie Hurley, Tyler and Drake Hurley, Ashyra, Ahliviah, Amber Rose, and Ameerah Paolino, Lane and Cameron Mosher, Armando Mosher, Adelaide Stuck; brothers, Dale (Cindy) Morrison, Jeff (Pam) Morrison, Jim C. Morrison, and Tom Morrison; sister in-law, Lou-Anne (Pete) Mosher Andrakovich; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins in the US and Germany. Also, a special recognition to a lifelong friend and caregiver, Raina Reynolds.

Gloria was proceeded in death by her parents, James and Eleanor, Tim Paolino and Son, Steven Hurley.

An informal gathering will be held at 12 noon to 2 pm, Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Life Story Funeral Home, 400 W Hammond Rd. W. Traverse City, MI; with an optional lunch 3:00 pm, gathering at Sleder’s Family Tavern, 717 Randolph St, Traverse City, MI (individual checks).

Gloria grew up in Southeast MI., moving to Traverse City as she began her career with the IRS. She was transferred to Kentucky where she and Bob enjoyed a short but wonderful time.

Following her retirement from the IRS she and Bob settled in Atlanta, MI. where Gloria opened G.E.M. Professional Tax Service. She was so proud of this achievement and “loved” her customers.

All who knew Gloria knew that her first and greatest love was her family, they were her world. If you were in her world, she considered you family. We will all miss her very much
