John Hanna

John Henry Hanna, 70, of Traverse City,

passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021.

John was born on December 15, 1950, in Traverse City, to Willard and Vera (Alice) Hanna. He entered into marriage with the former Paula K Nelson in 1975. John enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing, trapping, hunting, and most importantly spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all.

John is survived by his wife of 45 years, Paula Hanna, of Traverse City; his children, Earl (Tara) Seals, Tammy (Jeff) Gibson, Jim (Mia) Hanna, Alice (Dan) March, and Anna (Scott) Loveland; 17 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He is also survived by his brothers Ed (Betty) Hanna, Tom Hanna, Dave (Esther) Hanna, one sister Pat (Dave) Hermel and one sister-in-law Beth Hanna, and many other loving family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and son, Johnny Seals, and brother Ken Hanna, and in-laws Paul and Ruth Nelson.
