Wife, Mother, Grandmother & ultimate Care Giver Patricia Ann (Erickson)Fraley sadly left her loved ones on November 3rd.

Her story began August 19, 1940 in Manistee, Michigan. Her family eventually settled in Maple City in an area much loved by the Erickson Family. She was very proud to be the 1st graduating class from the then new Glen Lake High School (Go Lakers)!

Life took a big turn when she ventured to sunny Southern California where she met her future husband Lyle who quickly realized he had a great find and they promptly married in 6 weeks. Their union lasted an awesome 45 years & 1 month & a day before she lost him.

She loved nothing more than Erickson Family Reunions that lasted a weekend & Lyle twirling her around doing the Polka. Other enjoyments were bowling, rooting on the Oakland/Vegas Raiders since 1963, knitting, crocheting & being involved in her children's activities. In her later years she so enjoyed watching her Grandson Lane play baseball & take up her passion for bowling as well as Granddaughter Kayeann in Dance and Choir and constant cuddling with the youngest Kenna.

The majority of her proud career was "working" at the Traverse City State Hospital ~ a place that was meant for her to be! Her care & compassion for the patients was incredible....she would even "check" some out on occasion to bring home for dinner and fun with her family.

Waiting to greet her in Heaven are her parents Paul & Phyllis Erickson, her husband Lyle, a stillborn daughter & brothers Larry & Doug. She leaves behind her daughter Stephanie (Rex) Scheiern & Son Clifton (Keegan) Fraley. Also, mourning her loss are her grandchildren Lane Scheiern, Kayeann Fraley & Kenna Fraley.

Graveside services were already held & performed by Pastor Timothy Manzer but a luncheon is planned Sunday, November 20th at Incredible Mo's from 1 pm to 3pm. Please bring your memories, pictures & stories.
