Paul Wendel

Paul Fredrick Wendel, born March 27, 1954, passed away on January 29, 2019 at Munson Medical Center.

Paul loved nothing more than being with his wife, children and grandbabies. He also enjoyed golf with his friends and watching sports. Paul worked for Kresge and Kmart for over 42 years. He was the local manager for Kmart until it closed.

He is a member of Christ the King Church.

Paul is survived by his wife, Bonnie, whom he married on July 9, 1977; his children, Jennifer (Ray) Generous, Joseph Wendel, Rebecca (Abel) Schrader and Michael (Fiancée Heather) Wendel; his six grandchildren, Aubrey, Aiden and Alise Generous, Mason, Reese and Cal Schrader; brothers, Kurt and wife Sally Wendel, Karl and wife Karen Wendel, Bruce Wendel and Ward and wife Delana Wendel and many nieces and nephews.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, Kurt and Lucille Wendel, his father and mother in law, William and Frances Pleimann and his brother, Mark Wendel.

Services will be held 2pm, Sunday, February 3, 2019 at Life Story Funeral Home; where the family will greet friends starting at 12 noon.
