Scott David LeClaire, 55, of Kingsley, Michigan, died Saturday, June 18, 2022.

He was born on August 28, 1966 in Farmington Hills the son of Jack and Diane (Kochis) LeClaire.

Scott attended Walled Lake Schools. Scott started at Ford Motor Company as a mechanic and then opened his own mechanic shop Primetime Auto that he ran for over 23 years.

Scott loved spending time with his grandchildren. He enjoyed Motorcycles, Snowmobiling, NASCAR, Slingshot and helping others. He loved the Water and Watersports.

Scott is survived by his wife, Tracy Lynn (Misiak) LeClaire; they were married on August 15, 2009 at Ranch Rudolf in Traverse City; his children, Jacqueline (Gino) Parisi of Fraser, Gregory LeClaire of Bellevue, and Richard (Amber) Belbot of Chesterfield Twp.; grandchildren, Annabella, Jacob, Richie, Maria, Luella and Caleb; mother, Diane Vandermolen of Hudson, Florida; sisters, Debbie (Paul) Wertz of West Bloomfield Twp., and Dana (LeClaire) Stevens of Shelby Township; maternal grandmother, Betty Kochis of Hillman and step-mother, Barbara Holmes of Webberville.

He is preceded in death by his father, Jack LeClaire; maternal grandfather, Fred Kochis and paternal grandparents, Warren and Gladis LeClaire.

An informal celebration of Life will be held 12 noon to 5pm, Sunday, July 17, 2022 at the Cpl. Walter F. Bruce VFW Post 1146, 28404 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081.
