Suzanne Sheren

Suzanne Agnes Sheren, 79, of Traverse City, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022.

She was born on April 8, 1943, in Detroit the daughter of William Cuthbert and Agnes Evangeline (Moore) Sutherland. Suzanne graduated from Cooley High School in Detroit in 1961.

Suzanne previously worked as an office manager for Advanced Technology and Testing in Livonia for over 10 years, retiring in the early 1990’s.

Suzanne is survived by her husband, Gerald “Jerry” Sheren of Traverse City; they were married on October 30, 1993, in Traverse City; her children, Kenneth McDonald of Baltimore, Maryland, Steven McDonald of Lake Orion and Kristi McDonald of Traverse City; grandchildren, Madison McDonald, Mitchell McDonald and Hunter Balderach; brother, John Sutherland of Florida and stepchildren, Beth Sheren and Stacy Sheren.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

The family will celebrate her life together and no public service will be held.

Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or American Society for the Prevention of Animal Cruelty (ASPCA).
