Adelbert "Del" Kluth

Adelbert “Del” Charles Kluth, 86, of Traverse City, died May 16, 2024. He was born on December 2, 1937 in Traverse City the son of Adelbert Lewis and Rose Mary (Lake) Kluth.

He retired from Gordon Food Service after 30 plus years of service.

Del liked his Detroit sport teams, tinkering with electronics and visiting neighbors.

He is survived by children, Sheldene "Shelly" (Rick) Smith and son, Eric (Gail) Kluth; grandchildren, Trey, Tiana (Cory), Gracynn, Aaron (Whitney), Amber and Austin; and great-grandchildren, Logan and Leslie and sister, Debbie (Ron) Bates.

He is preceded in death by parents and his wife, Marlene Kluth; three siblings and his mother and father-in-law.

Private Burial was held at Grand Traverse Memorial Gardens. The family chose Life Story Funeral Home.
