Agnes Pugh

AGNES AGATHA PUGH (Retired OBES Manager) age 87 of Cottonwood Drive, Tiffin, Ohio passed away Wednesday April 28. She was born March 5, 1923 to Isabelle and Francis R. Goshe at Berwick, Ohio. Both parents are deceased.

Agnes married Robert Pugh (Deceased) on May 18, 1946 and is survived by three sons; William R. (Ronnie) Pugh of Byron, Georgia, Richard C. (Sheila) Pugh of Grove City, Ohio and Jere S. Pugh of Traverse City, Michigan.

She is also survived by grandchildren, Christopher A. Pugh of Perry, Georgia, Diane M. Rana of Irvine, California, Denise E. Gamage of Tustin, California, Janelle M. Pugh, Randall S. Pugh and Mackenzie M. Pugh, all of Grove City, Ohio and four great grand children.

Surviving brothers are Fred Goshe and Arthur Goshe of Tiffin, Richard Goshe of Columbus and a sister, Bernice Wickiser of Carey, Ohio. Three other brothers and a sister are deceased.

Agnes is a graduate of Columbian High School Class of 1941. In earlier years she was an office clerk for the former Pure Milk and Dairy Company. Later, she was employed more than 22 years at the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services in the Tiffin and Fostoria offices. The first twelve years were spent in the complete operation and supervision of the Unemployment Compensation Claims Division in the Tiffin office and the last ten years in the management of the Tiffin and Fostoria offices.
