Barbara Taylor

Barbara Ann Taylor (Lindeman), age 80, of Traverse City, Michigan, passed away on October 21, 2025. She was born on August 7, 1945, in Willard, Ohio, to John Lindeman and Amy Burton.

Barbara was a quiet and steady presence in the lives of those who knew her. She was an avid reader, loved animals, especially horses and her dog Lily. She worked for many years at Member’s Credit Union and later at Tom’s Food Market, where her calm demeanor and gentle spirit left a lasting impression.

She is survived by her sons, Phillip "Russ" Wright and Duane (Solé) Wright; her grandchildren, Brian, Megan, Tiffany, Brittany, Hannah, and Jonathon; and her great-grandchildren, Thea, Ford, Eden, Alba, James, and Boone.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, John Lindeman and Amy Burton, as well as her siblings Jim, Jack, Carol, and Tom.

A memorial service to honor Barbara’s life will be held from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Life Story Funeral Home, with a time for sharing stories beginning at 2:00 PM.
