Carol Anne (Dely) Miller Plough, 76 of Traverse City, received her wings on Monday October 17, 2022. Carol was born April 9, 1946, in Detroit, the daughter of Albert and Marguerite (DeBusschere) Dely. Carol was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and friend.

After graduating business college, Carol worked in an office. Carol met Robert (Bob) Miller at a church dance, and shortly after started their lives together. After they began their family, they moved back with the boys to Acme and started Acme Maintenance.

A few years after Bob had passed away, Carol found a new love and married James (Jim) Plough. Carol and Jim have spent the last 27 years watching their children and grandkids grow up.

Predeceased by her late husband Bob Miller, and her parents Al and Marguerite Dely, in-laws Kathleen Hall and Bob and Corinne Plough.

Survivors are husband Jim, oldest son, Rick and wife, Amy Miller, with their children, Abby, Reece and Hailey. Her youngest son, Hal and wife, Mickie Miller, with their children, Lucas (Kayla) and Molly; stepson, Cory Plough; son, Caden, stepdaughter, Niki and Greg Cvetnich with their children Tyler, Ali and Emma.

Two very special great grandchildren, Weston and Aurora.

Carol is survived by her older sister, Barbara Kuchabsk with daughters, Theresa (Bob) Sorby, Sharon Kuchabsky and Susan (Tim) Scott and their daughter, Marissa, and her favorite cousin Judy.

Carol was always helping her family, friends and whoever she met that needed help. One of her favorite things in life was having family dinners, and the more that she could feed the happier she was.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to Christ the King Church; designate Charitable Works Fund.

A Memorial mass will be held 11 am, Monday, October 24, 2022 at Christ the King Catholic Church. The family will greet friends starting at 10 am. Burial will be in the Oakwood Cemetery. Please visit www.lifestorytc.com to share your thoughts and more.
