David Bragenzer

David Carl Bragenzer, 60 of Traverse City, died, Friday, September 13, 2019. He was formerly of Belleville, Milan, South Lyon and Boyne City.

He was born on April 20, 1959 in Trenton, MI at the Riverside Osteopathic Hospital the son of Frederick Carl and Donna Ruth (Rehman) Bragenzer.

He married Barbara Lynn Sands on November 7, 1981 in Boyne City; they had two daughters, Kathryn and Elizabeth.

He was previously employed at Curtis Wire, Petoskey, United Technologies, Traverse City, Lear, Traverse City, and Pocket Change, Traverse City.

David was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Ann Arbor, MI, St. Paul Lutheran Church, Northville, MI, Redeemer Lutheran Church, Grawn and Unity Support Group, Interlochen.

He enjoyed Computers, Technology, Music, Accordion, Photography, Motorcycles and Sports.

David is survived by his daughters, Kathryn Lynn Bragenzer and Elizabeth Ruth Bragenzer; father, Frederick Carl (Lise) Bragenzer, mother, Donna Ruth Rehman; brothers, Paul Eric (Deborah)Bragenzer and Jonathan Lee (Tammy) Bragenzer and the mother of his children, Barbara Lynn (Rhody) Bragenzer, grandchildren; Clover Mae Miflin, Ayden Orville Smith, and Ivy Elizabeth Smith

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Frederick Carl Bragenzer Sr.; grandmother, Edna Emma Tyre Bragenzer; grandfather, Edward Jacob Rehman and grandmother, Ethel Lucille Bearss Rehman.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 3:00 PM with visitation starting at 2:00 PM at Life Story Funeral Home.
