Born on May 16, 1946, in Binghamton, New York, Don was the son of Earl John Snover and Laura Elizabeth Snover (Hosier). His journey through life was marked by dedication to family, a strong work ethic, and a warm, welcoming spirit.
Don moved to Cloverdale, Indiana, with his family in the early 1960’s where he graduated from Cloverdale High School in 1964 and went on to attend Indiana University for two years.
