Dwight "Stub" Rathbun

Dwight B. “Stub” Rathbun, of Williamsburg, died Sunday, April 7, 2025. He was born on August 29, 1930 in Greenville, Michigan the son Percy Burt and Mildred (Marsh) Rathbun. Stub lived his life in Grand Rapids with his wife and daughters until he retired from DTE Energy and then moved to Traverse City.

Dwight lived at the Autumn House, Williamsburg for over 4 years where he developed many friendships.

Dwight is survived by his daughters, Pamela DeGlopper and Nancy Lougheed; seven wonderful grandchildren and many precious great-grandchildren.

Dwight is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Marcia Rathbun, daughters, Connie Plester and Denise Reminga and sons-in-law, Gordon DeGlopper and Roger Lougheed.

A small family Memorial will be held in the Spring and burial will take place next to Marcia at Blythefield Memory Gardens, Belmont.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Bayside Wellness, Traverse City, designate Hospice.
