Elaine Allison Penney, 87, of Traverse City, died December 16, 2025. She is survived by her son, Rodney Ray Penney; daughter, Victoria Sue Carpenter; and granddaughter, Kianna Rae Carpenter. Elaine is preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Ray Penney. She will be dearly missed by all. Private family services will be held at a future date.
