Frederick Alexander Topous Jr., also known as “Freddie”, 60, of Benzonia, lost his battle with ALS and died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, September 28, 2023. He was born May 17, 1963 in Virginia Beach, Virginia the son of Frederick Alexander Sr. and Wanda Lou (Dilley) Topous.
He attended Elk Rapid Schools and later received his GED.
Freddie was a very kind and generous man with a very big heart. He cared about people and gave to others regularly. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He loved riding motorcycles and driving fast cars, he also loved watching NASCAR.
Frederick is survived by his children, Elizabeth Topous of Kalkaska and Brandon Price of Kewanna, Indiana; mother, Wanda Topous of Kinglsey; siblings, Kurtis (Rhonda) Topous of Beulah, Tony (Kristie) Topous of Williams, IN, Jeffrey (Noelle Towner) Topous of Traverse City and Lisa (Neal) Kelderhouse of Traverse City.
He is preceded in death by his father, Frederick Alexander Topous Sr. and nephew, Kurtis Topous Jr.
