Jack Sisco 86 of Traverse City died Monday, June 7, 2010.

Jack was born on April 1, 1924 in Hohenwald, Tennessee the son of Clem and Annette (Cotham) Sisco.

Jack served in the Army during World War II. After the War he married Sharon Janet Fleming and they had six children together and settled in Warren and later moved to Acme.

Jack enjoyed horse races, baseball, television and loved the summertime, having picnics and spending time at the beach.

Jack is survived by his children, John (Nancy) Sisco, Cheryl Przywara, Jerry Sisco, Steve (Sherry) Sisco and Lori Sisco, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and special friend, Dorothy Devereaux.

Jack is preceded in death by his parents, son, Richard James Sisco and brothers and sisters, Maurice James, Shurl, Harlan, Ruth, Gordon, Finley and Field.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial Services will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, June 10, 2010 at the Peninsula Bible Church, where a gathering for family and friends will start at 10:00 am.
