Joyce Fuller

Joyce Ruth (Argent) Fuller was born on June 19, 1941 in Fairland Maryland to Ruth’s Louise Edwards and John Patrick Argent .

In 1960 while working at KFC (She often talked of having worked with the Colonel) she was to meet and marry Richard James Fuller. They would spend the first eight years of their married life together in the Washington DC area.

During this time they would become the proud parents of their three children Denise Marie Fuller, Michael Shawn Fuller, and Anna Louise At this stage in mom’s life the family would relocate to Suttons Bay eventually settling in the Lake Ann area.

Mom wore many hats. From carnie to proofreader at RL Polk before finding her true joy as a college student (no surprise since one of her favorite games with her children involved pointing at something in the Webster’s dictionary be it a Shakespearean quote or just a word and having us guess at the meaning) and as a waitress at Don’s Drive Inn for 30+ years.

She is survived by her three children, four grandsons(Jonathan, Richard, James and Shaun) and 10 Great grandchildren (Gabriel, Jayden, Skarlet, Lilyanna, Lucy, Elsie, Amaya, Phoebe, Jonah and Roman).

A private service is planned at this time.
