Leona May Wright of Lake City and formerly of Grand Ledge died Saturday, November 13, 2010.
Leona was born in Ionia the daughter of Melvin E. and Bessy M. (Hill) Kunkle.
She was a postal carrier in Grand Ledge for over 10 years.
Leona was formerly active with the American Legion Auxiliary in Grand Ledge and Lake City.
She is survived by her children, Raemelee Wright Garrison of Redford, Ginger Wright of Lake City and Jody D. Wright of Jacksonville, Florida, grandchildren, Toni Jo Carmody of Jacksonville, Florida and Jody R. Wright of Middleberg, Florida and great-grandchildren, Mitchell, Logan and Lillian Grace Carmody and Chase Wright.
Cremation has taken place. No formal services will be held. Burial will be in the Oakwood Cemetery, Grand Ledge, Michigan.
