Louise Taylor

Louise Anne Taylor, 94, of Traverse City, died Wednesday, December 3, 2025. She was born on May 3, 1931 in Warren the daughter of Louis Martin and Theresa Josephin (Baut) Stolzenfeld. She formerly lived in Fife Lake and Kingsley.

Louise married Walter Eugene Taylor on June 27, 1953 in Warren.

She was a Quality Control Inspector for Chef Pierre and Sara Lee, retiring after 22 years.

Louise enjoyed Bingo, Garage Sales, Antiques and trips to the Upper Peninsula and the Casino. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. Louise and Walter enjoyed spending time with their children, fishing, family picnics and visiting other family.

Louise is survived by her daughter, Theresa (David)Voice, grandchildren, Chad, Derek, Jeff and Clinton; great-grandchildren, Avah, Ainsley, Archer, Isaac and Zachary and son-in-law, Ivan Burgess.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Walter; daughter, Karen Burgess; son, Michael Taylor; grandson, Christopher Burgess; granddaughter, Angela Burgess; sister, Virginia Tinney and brother, Clarence Young.

No formal services will be held. Louise loved animals. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Cherryland Humane Society.
