Lucille Miner

Lucille Irene Miner, 91 of Traverse City, died Monday, March 19, 2012 at the Munson Hospice House.

She was born on May 26,1920 in Manton the daughter of Lorain and Maude (Wilkins) Bever.

Lucille loved to travel, her gardening and cooking. She was a cook at several restaurants.

Lucille is survived by her daughter, Bonnie (Richard) Mallow, son, Larry Miner, sister-in-law, Audrey McCormic, brothers, Kenneth (Dorothy) Bever and Donald (Elva) Bever, grandchildren, Deb (Dale) Rasho, Kirk Mallow, Bryan (Sabrina) Mallow, Scott (Leann) Mallow, Todd (Amy) Miner and Matt Miner and seven great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Mancel Miner, grandson, Dale Allen Mallow, brother, Arthur Bever and sisters, Yeteve Ingersoll and Doris Morse.

Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00am Saturday, March 24, 2012 at the Faith Reformed Church with Randy Burgess officiating. The family will greet friends at 10:00am. A private burial will be held at Oakwood Cemetery.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association, American Cancer Society or Munson Regional Healthcare Foundation, designated Munson Hospice House.
