Rennie Crawford

Rennie Everett Crawford Sr., 77, of Traverse City died Thursday, December 8, 2022. He was born March 23, 1945, in Frankfort, to Floyd and Rosemary (Smith) Crawford.

Rennie and his wife, Nola (Avery) Crawford were married March 28, 1964, in Cedar. He worked as a welder, fabricator, mechanic, and builder at Actron Steel in Traverse City. He was a Jack of all Trades, Master of None.

He always enjoyed doing puzzles, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. Rennie also was a member of Fresh Winds Church in Interlochen.

Rennie is survived by his wife, Nola (Avery) Crawford; his children, Karon (Steve) Nieuwenhuis, Dawn Martin, Rennie (Kim) Crawford Jr., Victoria (Gerardo) Sanchez; his sister, Marjorie (Dennis) Hubert; 10 grandkids; 13 great grandkids; 1 great-great grandchild; and many other friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Rosemary Crawford; and sisters, Betty, Gloria, Betsy, Doris, and Judy; grandson, Jon Crawford and infant great-granddaughter, Nevaeh Crawford.

Funeral Services will be held 12 noon, Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at Life Story Funeral Home. The family will greet family and friends for a viewing starting at 11:30 am.
