Santiago “Junior” Torres Gregorio Jr., 19, of Thompsonville, passed away April 16, 2026. He was born November 4, 2006, in Traverse City, the son of Santiago Torres Gregorio Sr. and Jennifer Wenoah (Tester) Gregorio.

Junior found joy in the simple and meaningful parts of life. He loved fishing, listening to music, skateboarding, snowmobiling, and rock hunting. Whether he was out in nature or spending time working on something with a motor, he was in his element. Junior had a natural curiosity and took pride in fixing, building, and driving anything he could get his hands on. Some of his happiest moments were spent alongside his cousins and friends, sharing laughter, adventure, and creating memories that will never be forgotten.

Junior will be remembered for his loyalty, his big heart, and the way he made people feel. His smile could light up a room, and his easygoing, caring nature left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He shared a special bond with his devoted girlfriend, Abbi, who brought him great happiness.

Junior cared deeply for his mother Jennifer, sisters Joy and longed to have known his sister K-Lynn.

Junior is survived by his sister, Joy (Kenny) Tester; his girlfriend, Abigail Mitchell; his best friends, Kole and Karson; his grandmother, Tammy Broome; his grandparents, Steve (Dawn) Tester; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He shared a special bond with Jeannie Brooks, who was like a stepmother to him and champion Jade.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jennifer Tester; his sister, K-Lynn Tester; his grandfather, Jim Broome; his great grandmother, Betty Coote; his aunt, Robyn Tester; and his cousin, Jacob Ballard

A celebration of his life will be held 11 am, Monday, April 27, 2026 at Life Story Funeral Home. The family will greet friends starting at 10 am. Burial will be held at Champion Hill Cemetery, Honor.
