Thomas Ray Lamie, 58, of Traverse City, Mi

Passed away peacefully Tuesday April 25th, 2017. He was born in Traverse City on June 3rd, 1958 to the late James and Betty (Smith) Lamie. Thomas is survived by his daughters, Sarah C. Vasquez and Katelyn R. Lamie. Brothers; Dick (Marsha) Lamie, David (Laura) Lamie. Sisters; Julie (Tom) Lamie, Cecelia (Tom) Snyder. Brother in laws; Tom Strait and Bud Schihl. Extended family; Robin Perry, Frank and Nelson Shinos. Grandchildren; Jadyn, Benito, and Lilah Vasquez, and Colton Scott. Along with many nieces and nephews.

He was proceeded in death by his parents and siblings; Nancy and Freddie Lamie, Vicki Jo Schihl, and Cathy Strait.

Tom was a native to Traverse City. He was an outdoorsman. Whether he was out fishing or enjoying a good bike ride he always took advantage of mother nature's beauty. He worked many years in construction and was a jack of all trades. Some major hobbies of his include rebuilding vehicles along with enjoying music. Loud music. He had a kind heart and loved hard.

Services for Thomas will be held May 4th, 11:00am, at Central United Methodist Church. 222 Cass St Traverse City Mi.
